I offer therapy for individuals and couples, meeting online or in person at my office near Union Square. Sessions typically last 45 minutes and are held once or twice a week. I work with people facing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, spiritual or existential unrest, and long-standing patterns related to identity, body image, and self-worth.
Whatever brings you to therapy — whether it’s anxiety, sadness, confusion, or something harder to name — we won’t treat it as just a problem to fix. Instead, we’ll approach it with curiosity, seeing it as a meaningful message from within. Often, these struggles point to parts of ourselves that have been neglected or unheard. In our sessions together, we’ll explore what they might be asking of you, and in doing so, open the door to lasting growth, healing, and a deeper connection to your true self.
