I provide therapy for individuals and couples. We can meet online or in-person at Union Square Psychotherapy. I typically see people 1-2 times per week for 45-minute sessions. My approach to therapy is psychodynamic, somatic (body-centered), and strongly influenced by Jungian psychology, which I'm currently studying at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zürich, Switzerland. I'm also trained in DBT and mindfulness-based interventions. I weave together this variety of modalities to meet your unique needs. I work holistically, so all of you - mind, body, heart, and soul - will be tended to in our work together.
