Yoga postures (asana) and breathing exercises (pranayama) are selectively chosen, developed and modified to meet your particular needs. You'll learn, practice and evolve at your own pace and within your own boundaries.
When we work together one-on-one, I will guide you to develop a practice that is relevant to your body and previous experience. I work privately with students from a wide range of ages, backgrounds and experience levels and apply the practice of yoga uniquely to teach person. I have a deep respect for the trust, intimacy, and connection that develops between teacher and student within the one-on-one relationship.
